You don’t have to read further if you need proof from experience of quality repair, and want no doubts about Santa Monica Autoworks are 100% committed to honor their work. My vehicle showed no codes for my problem, so things that were required to be maintained were done first. The issue persisted, and SM Auto provide a rental, twice, and replaced multiple parts with the labor, and provided it all without a single invoice for payment: all parts and labor! If you really want to know that Brian, Brett, and other mechanics, will care about customer service, and not just getting a paycheck, SM Autoworks has to be your choice. Rick Tharp

I’ve been taking my BMW to Santa Monica Autoworks for a few years now and I can’t say enough about Brian and his team of professional staff. Always polite, always on time and extremely efficient and knowledgeable, but most importantly they stand behind their work without question not long ago I had new front brakes put in and there was a squeaking noise… they replaced without charge and made sure it was right. Also, before purchasing my car I had Brian and team check the health of the car and they found issues that the seller repaired and saved me a lot of headache and money in the long run. I’ve recommended several people to them as well who have been very happy with the service one with an older BMW and one with a mini cooper. I cannot sing enough praises to Brian and the team at Santa Monica Autoworks and feel so lucky to have found a place I can trust implicitly. Thank you Santa Monica Auto 🙏

I have been taking my Audi here for years. Brian and the whole staff are such a pleasure to work with and they do a terrific job. They provide detailed estimates of all work , my car is always done on time and their prices are so much better than the dealerships. I recommend them to all of my friends and would highly recommend them to anyone with a German car looking for auto repair and service. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I especially appreciated how they handled a difficult situation involving a previous mechanic.
